Accommodations:
Your accommodations will be a master bedroom, living room with queen sleep sofa, bathroom, full kitchen and cable TV.
Dinner:
Offer includes a voucher for a two person dinner equivalent to forty dollars.
Package Specifics:
Because of the value of this offer, you must bring two forms of identification, a drivers license and major credit card (Visa, Master Card, or American Express). You and your spouse/partner/significant other must tour together. One vacation package per household, family, or vehicle please.
Conditions:
To be eligible participants must have an annual household income of $50,000 and be between 25 and 70 years of age. To be eligible recipients must be U.S. Citizens and be able to speak read and write fluent English. Husband and Wife incomes may be combined. If married, cohabiting, or single and bringing a companion, it is required that both persons attend the presentation together. The purpose of this advertising promotion is to acquaint you with our facilities and vacation ownership program. However, you are under no obligation to purchase anything. Employees and owners of Steele Hill Resorts, it's advertising agencies and persons who have toured the resort within the past 24 months are ineligible. This offer allows one gift per group or car. Customers attending weddings or group functions at the resort are not eligible for this promotion. Attendance at a contiguous 90-minute sales tour is required. You must meet all qualification listed in the Terms and Conditions and complete the tour or you may be charged full retail rate for the package. For all mid-week packages a credit card deposit of $49.00 will be required at the time of the reservation. For all weekend packages a credit card deposit of $99.00 will be required at the time of the reservation. At check-in, a personal Visa, MasterCard, or American Express is required for all packages for incidentals during your stay. There is an 8 day cancellation policy, if you do not cancel 8 days prior to your reservation date, you will be charged full room rate. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.
